Description:
Students of class Pre-Nursery were taught the concept of ‘float’ and ‘sink’ last week in school. They were told that light objects float on the surface of the water while the heavier ones sink. Teachers made paper boats in the class and taught the children a rhyme based on it. Different objects were given to the students and they dropped the same into water to see whether they sank or floated. The hands-on activity helped the students to grasp the concept, which they enjoyed immensely.
