To celebrate Children’s Day, a Fun Fiesta was organised for two days in the school.
A Fancy Dress Competition was organised for students of classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery and LKG and an Art & Colouring competition for students of classes UKG, I & II. Students remembered Chaha Nehru for making this day special for them.
The themes of the Fancy Dress Competition were thought provoking and the children came dressed up in innovative styles. The audience were educated about the importance of eating healthy meals, celebrating green Diwali and benefits of playing outdoor and indoor games. Students were soaked in the feeling of patriotism when they saw their friends dressed as National Symbols of our country. It also evoked a feeling of pride for our National Heritage and Unity in Diversity.
Students of classes UKG to II showcased their artistic talents and coloured the sheets provided to them using different mediums for colouring. A splash of colours is always fun for the children and they enjoyed it to the utmost.
All the students came in party dresses and enjoyed their day singing and dancing. There was an atmosphere of fun and frolic. The school was colourfully decorated depicting children as free spirits. Chocolates were distributed to all the students.
Everyone happily celebrated the child within them.
